MEMBERSHIP TERMS OF SERVICE
NATURE OF AGREEMENT
The Member wishes to receive digital marketing services from Mint Digital Marketing and Steel Pixel Studios (the company) with services including digital content creation, website design & maintenance, and SEO optimization, consultation services for digital marketing, and social media management. Some of these services are offered through additional billing. These services are subject to change with notification of the member at any time. The Company will need access to the member’s accounts and the member understands that representatives of the company may access their accounts related to the marketing of their brand.
CONSIDERATION & PAYMENT
- The Member will pay a $330 monthly membership fee, which will cover the company providing 6 hours a month of digital marketing consultation services to the member.
- Additional services are offered and are provided for additional compensation as follows:

- Social Media Strategy
- AdWords and Keyword Research Strategy
- Marketing Budget Assistance
- Auditing
- Research Analytics and Reports
- Hashtag Strategy
- Stock Media Sourcing
- Creative Direction
- SEO Strategy
- Social Media Management
- Community Building
- Proofreading
- Transportation & Driving Hours
- $100/hr
- Photo/Video Editing
- Basic Web Design
- Graphic Design
- Social Media Template Creation
- Phone-Based Photo & Video Production
- Email Campaigns
- Lead Generation
- Copywriting
- Blog Writing
- $155/hr
- Video Production in Studio
- Podcasting in Studio
- Studio Photography
- Live Event Photo/Video Coverage
- Custom Motion Graphics Creation
- Advanced Web Design
- Custom Projects
- Anything not included in the list above would fall under a custom project.
- Driving Milage will be assessed at $0.65/mile
- The company will generate a second invoice for the member at the beginning of each billing cycle for any additional services provided to the member during the previous cycle.
- Monthly dues and other costs specified in the Services Agreement, which is attached to this Agreement, are subject to change at Mint Digital Marketing & Steel Pixel Studio’s discretion with notification of the client before.
TERM & TERMINATION
This membership shall be renewable on a monthly basis. This agreement may be terminated at any time by either Party with a 14-day notice before the next billing cycle.
Payment will be considered late once it has passed 10 days beyond the date of the billing cycle. A late payment will result in cancellation of the membership. After cancellation, if the client decides to continue working with Mint Digital Marketing & Steel Pixel Studios, they will need to re-sign up for the membership. At this time they may be subjected to updated pricing.
SEVERABILITY
If any term of this agreement is found to be unenforceable in whole or in part, that provision or portion shall be severed from this Agreement, and such unenforceability shall have no effect on the other sections of this Agreement.
APPLICABLE LAW
This agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by the laws of and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of the State of Pennsylvania.
